Real estate services

Real estate services are provided by Matthew Vaezi, DRE #02283600, through HomeSmart Evergreen Realty. TIC REALTORS® is used as a marketing identity for this practice and is not represented as a separate real estate brokerage.

Construction services

Construction services are provided separately by Total InCharge Inc., CSLB #1149268. A real estate inquiry does not create a construction contract, and construction work requires a separate written agreement with the licensed contracting entity.

Informational content

Website content is general information and is not a property valuation, offer, guarantee, legal opinion, tax advice, financial advice, construction estimate, or substitute for professional due diligence.
